We partner with trusted carriers to deliver furniture across the United States. We currently ship to USA addresses only.
Processing and transit
All orders are processed within 7 business days. Handling includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and dispatch. Once shipped, estimated transit time is approximately 10 business days, depending on the carrier and destination. Times may vary with location, holidays, or unforeseen delays.
Freight & large items
Some larger pieces ship via freight. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Someone must be available to receive and inspect the item upon delivery.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the item.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details by email.
Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@masarafurniture.com.
