Returns

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, please provide:
Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged item
Photos of the packaging
A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed and approved, we will offer either:
A replacement, or
A refund to your original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
Used or assembled furniture
Items damaged due to misuse
Final sale or clearance items

Refund Process

If approved:
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the damage was caused during transit.
